DELIVERY AND GUARANTEE
This delivery and guarantee policy forms part of our terms and conditions.
Despatch
After you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number and we will immediately contact your bank issuer for aurthorisation to take payment for your account. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 2-5 working days. (Please Note: Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days). You will receive an email once the order has been despatched. If you have not received your goods within 2 working days after your order has been despatched please contact us via e-mail with your order number: customerservices@vitaminsandmineralsuk.co.uk. Please note that it can take up to 15 working days for your goods to arrive and we may ask you to contact your local sorting office. We do not resend or refund orders before this delivery time.
If you have not received your order after 15 working days you will be required to e-mail customer services to confirm this. We will then submit a claim to Royal Mail with your email as confirmation that you have not received the order. We will then either resend or refund the order.
If you fail to inform us that you have not received your order within one month of the order date and your order status is shipped, we will not resend or refund the order.
If you would like us to send the order via 1st class recorded delivery or 1st class special delivery please call us on 01785 608181 and we will check whether this is possible and also provide you with the delivery costs.
Postage
All orders to the UK mainland are delivered free of charge where your order is for £15.00 or more. Orders for less thean £15.00 incur a small charge of £2.00. Parcels are despatched to you by Royal Mail. Please note that a signature will be required for all items sent. We are not responsible for errors made by Royal Mail. We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
Items sent via Royal Mail are sent second class. This means that your order will normally reach you within three working days after despatch.
Items sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels will normally reach you within 3 - 5 working days after despatch.

Postage charges to the USA & Canada can not be refunded.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Items not in stock
We are dependant on our suppliers for delivery and if we do not receive delivery from our suppliers we will contact you via email to inform you of any delays.
Returns
Please email customerservices@vitaminsandmineralsuk.co.uk with your name and order number if you wish to return an item for authorisation and return instructions.
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all orders but sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. Goods damaged in transit or incorrect goods myst be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and returned to us for a replacement or a refund. We will either refund or exchange the item and also refund you the postage costs for returning the items to us to the value of £3. It is the customers responsibility to check each item upon receipt . Please note that we will not accept any returns after this time period.
If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from us for any reason, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept the return provided the goods are received unopened and unused and will refund your card upon receipt (less postage and packing costs incurred by us). We normally charge £5 per order and this will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Customers are liable to pay delivery charges to return the goods to us. We do recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery through the Royal Mail.
If an item is returned to us due to a failed attempted delivery and not collected from the post office, customers will be required to pay £5 for redelivery via telephone. We will advise customers if and when this occurs. However, if the customer would like a refund a £5 charge will be deducted from the total amount refunded to cover postage and packing costs incurred by us.
We reserve the right to increase any charges if necessary.
