Bouquet Garni
Bouquet Garni is a blend of marjoram, basil, oregano, thyme and bay leaf.
It ives extra flavour to rice, pasta and vegetable dishes by adding a water whilst cooking. Add to stocks for soups and sauces. Simmer in red wine for lamb casseroles for a deliciously rich sauce or add to meat or chicken casseroles and Mediterranean dishes for a fuller flavour.
