Quest Multi B Complex + 500mg Vitamin C

Quest Multi B Complex contains all the B Vitamins, plus subsidiary factors such as Choline and Inositol.  It also contains 500mg of Vitamin C to enhance the formula. The B Complex Vitamins are together involved in the release of energy and the health of the nervous system.

Directions:
