A recent study suggests that Echinacea can reduce chances of catching a cold by 58% as well as shortening the duration too. This is because Echinacea has been shown to have anti-bacterial and anti-viral effects within the body.

These tablets contain the popular traditional herb Echinacea Purpurea, which is gradually released into the system over a period of 2-3 hours.

90mg Echinacea extract equivalent to 360mg fresh herb.
