Weleda Homeopathic Remedies are frequently used. In most self-help cases the Weleda 6c potency should be selected. It is useful when problems are mainly physical, such as coughs and colds or when the condition is slow (chronic).

Weleda 30c potency should be selected when the problem is very active (acute).  It is also useful when there is an emotional element to the condition or where 6c brought only short term improvement.  30c remedies should be taken as a short course unless prescribed by the practitioner.
